Budget not syncing on iOS Quicken app & Quick Web - Please help

Purchased the Quicken Deluxe Mac subscription and have created my budget on my Mac OS 10.13.6. After adding my accounts & expenses to the desktop version, I am able to see all my transactions on the mobile and web app as well, however I am not able to see the updated budget on the mobile app or on the web :'( - It indicates $0 spent of $3000, while the desktop version correctly displays the remaining balance (which unfortunately isn't much :p ).

Please advice how can this be fixed or am I doing something wrong.

    I just solved my own issue by resetting the cloud account which can accessed from Quicken >> Preferences>>Connected services>>Cloud account. :)
