reaching out on the community and telling us about your issue. Unfortunately, you are running an unsupported version of Quicken, however, the Community is a great place to post where other Users may come along with some feedback and/or advice to offer.
Alternatively, if and when you are ready to upgrade to a current release of Quicken, our Support Teams would be happy to assist with the upgrade process, as well as working through this issue with you.
