How to use Check Pay and Online Bills when Quick Pay doesn't work

I have a biller that was setup correctly. It authenticated, and obtained the current bill and due date and displayed on the Bills / Online Bills page. I went to schedule payment via Quick Pay and Quicken informed me that Quick Pay is not yet available for this biller. Why did Quicken setup the biller if it can't be used? For the reminder setup for this biller, I checked the box "Allow paying with Check Pay" and entered the payment address. However, Check Pay does not show up as an option when the bill is being paid. What do I need to change to insure that 1) I receive the bill when it is available and 2) I can pay the bill by Quick Pay (if working for this biller) or Check Pay?
