Daily Price Changes display a green 0 when no price change has occurred

Whenever a zero price change occurs on a fund's price display a green 0 in the fund's "Price Day Change" and "Price Day Change %" columns. Doing so will show that a price for that fund has been downloaded and is not just 'missing' from the download.
