Adjust Default Month Displayed in Budget to Current Month

It would be very helpful if Quicken adjusted the default location for the Budgets page so it automatically defaults to the current month.  Whenever I first visit this tab/page, it defaults to January even though the current month is September.  Then, I waste time scrolling to the right to view the current month.

Also, often, when making adjustments to the numbers in the current month, this entire screen resets to the default of January and I end up scrolling back again.  This makes for a rather annoying UX.
