I have observed that Quicken is selling my security of last quarter in each quarter end. How to stop this automated sell.

Is the security downloading a Sell?  It could be selling to pay some account or broker fees?  You might have to ask the broker why.

Yeah... you really have to look at your online brokerage account and see what the actual transaction looks like....
Are you downloading these transactions via One Step Update -
    or manually downloading them,
or manually entering them from a monthly statement.
Quicken is merely record keeping - and is not initiating any "selling" -

I had entered all transaction manually from bank statement. However when I see holding quaterwise ,My last quarter security reflects sold in holding, However I had not put any sell entry. Yes its a merely recording software ,I need it not to reflect as sold until I sell the same. Holding should match the statement balance. Which is not happening now.. I am worried why Quicken is showing the security sold in holding ?

This is happening every quarter.. I had entered all security manually from 2016 to 2020...Is there any setting to change so that these is not reflected as sold untill I sell same in Quicken as per statement

What makes you think that Quicken in any way is "selling" your security ?
If you are entering all your transactions manually,
then where are you seeing this "selling" transaction" ?
Are you downloading anything with Quicken One Step Update ?
    What brokerage ?
    What security ?
Are each of these quarterly "selling" transactions for the same amount ?
    How much ?
    Lots of questions.....

When I check my holding , Security gets reflected as sold... Whole of the security reflect sold as every quarter ... I want to stop this auto sold option to reflect actual position of security ...

You are showing something that happened way back in 2016. Has this been happening every quarter end since 2016 up until the present  ? Did you just notice it now for the first time ? Have you tried deleting the transaction ? Have you checked a backup copy ?
What do you mean by "Brokerage is zero" ? Do you still own this security ?

    What brokerage ?
Is this a retirement account ?
Are these transactions always "selling" ONE SHARE as part of a fee structure ?
Is it always the same - ONE SHARE - for the "Helen" acct - that is Bought then Sold ?
Seems odd.... to keep buying and selling ONE SHARE -
What does the actual brokerage statement show ?

I can answer your 1st question.  There's no brokerage,  per se, this is a holding in a TIAA retirement account (which is the only place that you CAN hold the TIAATraditional security.
My wile holds it also, in a 403B account from a prior employer.
re: the Fee part of your question ...  I can't answer that, as my wife's account doesn't have such fees ... but the OP's employer may have imposed them when setting up the plan.

I was guessing the TIAA was a retirement acct - but WHERE is it being held ?
And I can't figure out the scenario of BUY 1 share at the end of quarter,
and then SELL 1 share at the end of next quarter -
and that is the total number of shares held for that specific security ??
Looking back above, it appears all BOUGHT transactions are always for 1 share....

It's being held at TIAA itself. https://www.tiaa.org/public/
