MFA with Quicken on the Web

My wife and I want to be able to input data on Quicken on the web. It is prompting for MFA which only goes to my phone. Can you have multiple phones assigned so she can get the code? Or is there another way?

    Hello @btplumlee,

Thank you for reaching out to the Community with your question.

Unfortunately, there is not a way to assign multiple phone numbers. However, if it works for you, you can change the method in how you receive the code to receive it via email instead if you both have access to the email.

To do so you will need to sign in to your Quicken - My Account page and click on Change Method next to Receive security codes via: SMS.

Then, use the dropdown menu to choose the option Email - security codes received by email and click save changes

I hope this helps and let us know if you have any additional questions!
