UPDATED 10/21/2020 Synchrony Bank OL-221 Invalid OFX error

We are receiving reports that some Quicken for Windows Users are receiving an OL-221 error when importing Web Connect (.QFX) files from Synchrony. 

We have opened an escalation with our Service Providers and Synchrony to resolve this error as soon as possible, however, at this time we do not have an ETA on when an update/resolution will be available.

If you would like to add your information to the ongoing investigation, please submit a problem report by navigating to Help > Report a Problem with the title being "Attn: CTP-1090".

    This alert is still ongoing and our product teams are still in need of more log files. 

    Please, contact Quicken Support to report the error and provide log files, and/or provide log files by navigating to Help > Report a Problem, title "Attn: CTP-1090".
