How to adjust bill pay transactions

Just signed up for Bill Pay and sent my first check. Problem is, the transaction is entered in Quicken showing payment due date. The bank drafts the funds from my account 7 days in advance and THAT is the date that should appear in my register. Cannot figure out how to do that. Help!

Can you tell us what platform, version and build you are using? Also what Bill Payment process did you sign up for? Is it related to BIll Manager or is it a Direct Connect arrangement with your bank?Quicken user since 1995
