When I update my bank accounts, why are the latest transactions not included in the update?

    Thanks to everyone for trying to help. I finally figured out that the type of download I'm using doesn't pick up transactions that the bank has not cleared yet. That's all there was to it.

    Do they show up a couple of days later ?
    Depending upon the bank, brokerage, CC, etc - the actual transactions may not be shadowed and made avail for electronic downloading for a day or so....

    Define "latest". 
    Pending transactions are never downloaded.
    On the Account List (Tools menu), what is shown for the download method of the account?  (Direct Connect, Express Web Connect or Web Connect)

    Yes, they eventually show up, but 09/28 is the latest date, and now it's 10/02, 4 days later.

    My connection is Express Web Connect.

    If you haven't done so already, I'd say it's time to call Quicken Support on the phone and request help.  Let them do a screen share session with you to review a download log file on your computer, to determine if there is an active problem and to figure out how to fix it.

    If you are reading this thread via the email notifications, then some parts might be stripped out when it is sent, or your email provider, or your email program.
    BTW - when reading this thread... not sure which YOU  as I'm reading this thread via a browser....and scrolling .... and we are mostlly just peer customers
