reaching out on the community and telling us about your issue. I do apologize for the issue you're having. It is an odd issue. Did you receive it when doing a one step update or was it during a mobile sync? I'm wondering what exactly happened to get this error though. It's the first time that it's happened but are you consistently still getting it? Once we have a bit more info we'll see what our best option is. Once you get a chance let us know some more details and we'll see what we can try!
