Why have all of my account names have been replaced with N/A?, second time this year

also the bank reconcilliations are gone back to January 2020 but they were all there a week ago. this is the second time this has happened in a year.

    This is, almost certainly, an indication of severe data file corruption.
    SO, where is your QDF stored?  What's the full path and file name to the file?
    Because  some file placements, and file names, can lead to problems  with Q.

    Thanks for the response, I tried a fourth time and was able to resolve the issue. I opened the file from outside of Q and again got the login screen. This time, after a wait, it allowed me to enter my Q password and the data was all there!
