HD-Visa points to Quicken Credit Card - US Bank

After not using Quicken for a while I started using it again. The One Step Update for H-D Visa with US bank kept failing. When I reviewed the account settings I saw that under the column Financial Institution that instead of saying US Bank it now says Quicken Credit Card - US Bank. When I try to correct it I am prompted for a Quicken Credit Card password which, I do not have.

I saw some older posts on a closed discussion that mentioned the transition period between using the USB site and H-DVisa.com but this was not addressed. There was not any resolution on that thread for the USB - Quicken. issue as well.

    Thank you for reaching out on the community and telling us about your issue. I do apologize for the issue you're having. I was looking at the previous thread you mentioned and tried looking for a connection but am unsure what exactly it would be. I'm wondering if we're able to bring in the transactions via file so we're able to find the connection we need. If you log into your HD Visa account could you double check to see if we're able to download a file from the website first. 

    First thing I'll recommend is to save a backup to revert back to just in case. You can find how to do so down below.

    Next we'll try deactivating all of the accounts. You can do so by following the article listed down below.

    The link below is on how to download the web connect file so that we're able to try importing it in. When you're connecting it will ask if you would like to make a new account for the file or link it to an existing one. You'll want to make sure that you're linking it to your current account.

    Has this problem been solved yet? It's been going on almost as long as this pandemic. Quicken says to talk to US Bank, who issued the Harley Davidson Visa. US Bank says to talk to Quicken. This is tiring and I don't want to make this my life's work.
