Known Issue: State Farm Insurance Biller

We have received confirmation from our Online Biller Service Providers that there is an issue connecting with State Farm online bills.

An escalation has been opened with our Service Providers who are working with State Farm to restore access as quickly as possible, however, at this time we do not have an ETA on when a solution will be available.

If you currently have State Farm added as an Online Biller in Quicken and receive an error, please do not remove the biller and attempt to add them again as this may cause additional errors.

In the meantime, this thread is being moved to the Known Product Issues queue and if you would like to be automatically notified as updates and/or a resolution becomes available, please "Bookmark" this post by clicking the Yellow Star icon in the upper right corner.

    ONGOING: 3/13/21 State Farm is currently preventing you from linking your bills. We are doing everything we can to work with them, but there are restrictions they have put in place that prevent us from accessing your billing data. Feel free to contact State Farm directly and ask them to provide you access.
