Why am I not getting an "advanced setup tab" in order to set up a direct connection method

I don't have an option to choose direct connection when setting up account after deactivating

    What financial institution?
    Not all financial institutions support Direct Connect.

    It isn't a tab, it is highlighted text near the bottom of the create account window.

    Not getting that in the create account window. I am trying to change from express web connect to direct connect..follow those instructions and never get a chance to choose direct connect

    The dialogs have changed in the most recent versions of Quicken.

    Type in the financial institution name or click a button.

    Next

    Select Advanced Options

    Also note the if you are setup for Express Web Connect and Direct Connect is available from that financial institution, then going to the account and bringing up the Account Details -> Online Services tab, there will be a link that says you can upgrade the connection type where I have indicated.

    When I am trying to add Belk Credit Card I do not get the advanced options tab. Does that mean Belk Credit Card does not offer "Direct Connect Option"?

    That is correct.  From this link:
