Account to use is missing when paying a bill through a reminder

    I've updated to R29.22 and have a problem where the account to use in the reminder does not come-up as the account to use when paying the bill using Quick Pay. Not sure if it's the same issue everyone here is referring to.

    Thank you for taking the time to visit the Community to report this issue although I apologize that you have not received a response.

    May I ask that you please confirm that the account that you have in mind is listed as a payment account?

    This can be done by navigating to the Bills and Income screen, selecting the gear icon, and choosing "Payment Accounts."



    Is the account that you are hoping to use when entering the reminder listed on this screen as a payment account?
