Bank of America (BoA) error CC-501

Earlier this week, Quicken required me to deactivate and add account or setup online connection with Bank of America (I don't know why, it was working fine the day before). For the past 3 days, I've tried and keep getting Quicken server error CC-501.

As stated in this error-specific support article regarding error CC-501, if the issue persists for more than 24 hours, you will need to contact Quicken Support directly for further assistance. This error will require our support agents to collect and review your log files and likely file an escalation to have it resolved.
