ID & Password issue

I am using the Windows Subscription (Desktop) and when I start the program I get asked for my Quicken ID & Password, but the pop-up window is blank meaning no place to enter the required info. If I "X" our the screen locks up and I have to use task manager to turn it off. If I reboot I might get to use the program, but that is a shot in the dark as well. It was working okay until the last update. Anybody else having this problem?

If you can get Quicken to open with the file, go to Edit->Preferences->Quicken Id and "login as different user" using the same Quicken Id to re-register which Id is being used with the file.

That required me to sign out, which I did, but now I cannot get back in. It crashes when going to the ID & Sign in window and I get the "Bugsplat" crash report window. I even tried rebooting my laptop, several times.

Hang on. Looks like the 3,4,5 (I lost count) attempt, after a reboot, worked.

So much for that. I quite Quicken, then went back in a hour or so later and boom, same problem. Is there a known problem and patch?

The only thing else I can suggest is re-installing Quicken following these instructions: QCleanUI - Clean Uninstall
Other than that, contact Quicken Support
