Problem with stock split recording

IShares S&P SmallCap 600 Growth ETF had a stock split effective 10/19/20. On 10/16/20 Quicken doubled the number of shares and doubled the market value for my accounts. Then on 10/19/20 Quicken again doubled the number of shares in my accounts. Obviously there is a bug in the software. How can I get my accounts fixed?

    @CoyoteHank15 - Have you tried deleting the 10/16/20 stock split transaction and leaving the 10/19/20 transaction in place?
    BTW, this likely isn't a Quicken SW bug.  Quicken doesn't "know" what is happening in the stock market outside of what outside companies download into it.  Your investments broker or the 3rd party provider of securities news and quotes downloaded the same information but for different days.  This is not uncommon when it comes to securities splits.
