Scheduled OSU Needs Options Displayed in the System Tray Notification Area

Currently when the Scheduled OSU completes there are only 2 possible flags displayed in the System Tray Notification Area - either a successful or unsuccessful completion flag. I would like to see the Successful flag be displayed in 1 of 2 different colors - yellow for successful, but with no transactions to post and green for successful with transactions that need posting. QW already knows at the completion of each FI if there are transactions, so why not let the user know there is actually something to be done.
