We are running Quicken 2014 and cannot bring up any reports?

We recently created a backup, then restored to a new user due to a new employee. When we go into Reporting on the top, it will allow us to choose a report, but then it doesn't actually bring the report up.

    Thank you for taking the time to visit the Community to ask your question, although I apologize that you have not received a response.

    As the 2014 version is unsupported, there are no official steps or troubleshooting available for this program. 

    If you do not receive a response from another member, you may consider taking a look at upgrading to a new version of Quicken.

    Please explain more what you did.  Did you install Quicken for the new user?  If you install an older version, One of the SuperUsers has posted the update patches for older versions (2000 and newer) of Quicken


  • Thank you for your response. We hired a new secretary, then we created a new user for her. We then imported a back up of the former secretary's Quicken files to her user login. Everything was there except for the ability to run reports. So, I should run the patch to see if that works?
