Setting up Express Web Connect for Amazon Store Card

I've done hours of Google searching and not found the answer - currently the download files for Synchrony cards aren't working (at least for the activity since last statement). I see people saying Express Web Connect works for them but I don't see converting my Amazon Store Card to that method is an option. Is there a link I am missing or could someone explain what to do?

    The Synchrony cards only use Express Web Connect.  The better alternative when available is Direct Connect.

    Just because Express Web Connect works for one financial institution/credit card, doesn't mean it will work for all.  In fact at any given time you can figure that some of them will have problems when there are 15,000+ supported.

    I can't get Direct Connect to work with any of my Synchrony accounts (Amazon, Lowes, Sam's). I also can't get the Express Web Connect to work. Does Express Web Connect work with any/all of those options? If so how do I set that up?

In this case I would recommend contacting Quicken Support via chat or phone and sharing your screen with one of our support reps, if you feel comfortable doing so, to have the matter looked at and hopefully fixed promptly.  I'll leave you our hours down below so you can find a time that works best for you.

    Anyone wondering how this resolved - I did contact Quicken Support who was very helpful and spent a lot of time with me. Unfortunately we determined that there seems to be something about my active Quicken file that won't let me add Express Connect to Synchrony accounts. We restored a 6 month old version and we were able to make that work. At the end of the day I determines there was no way I could properly categorize 6 months of transactions (I shred my receipts constantly) so for now I am hoping some future Quicken patch will fix the problem.

    The Amazon.com Store Card can only be added with an Express Web Connect Protocol, using your User ID and password from your Browser at:

    Even though Quicken shows:  www.syncbank.com
