We are receiving reports that some Quicken for Windows and Mac users are receiving an error when trying to update American Express accounts.

American Express has performed some system maintenance and as a result, we ask that anyone experiencing issues to deactivate and reactivate your American Express accounts.

Please, login to American Express' website and navigate to the QFX downloads page. You will then receive a link for instruction to update your connection (see below).

Please "bookmark" this alert by clicking the yellow star icon in the upper right to be notified of any further updates as they become available.
