Anyone else getting CC-505 errors on downloads from Citibank accounts?

Anyone else getting CC-505 errors on Citibank accounts? This has been going on for at least 5 days, and I was told this was a known issue being worked, but I can't find it

    I had done all the steps previously before I even contacted Quicken, then I was "chat told" that the issue was being worked. I can't see any evidence of that. What's next? Impossible to get through to support, and I was disconnected while on hold.
