Drop down box does not allow "online banking" to be selected

I have a question regarding my online banking accounts, but it will not let me select "Current Online Banking Issues" from the drop down box for Category. My problem is that my online balances are not updating--and are showing ZERO or the balance from the last reconciliation, thus I can no longer reconcile my accounts. My bank has a pale red icon to the left. I have tried to fix, but it isn't working. I've been using Quicken for 20+ years. Year 2020 Version R29.22 Build 27.1.29.22

"Current Online Banking Issues" is only available to moderators so they can report truly known issues without us users clogging the category.For your own issue, go into the "Quicken for Windows" category and find the appropriate subcategory.Quicken user since version 2 for DOS, now using QWin Premier Subscription on Win10 Pro.6
