Unable to Log In on Mobile App

    i downloaded mobile app but i can't log in says I don't have a subscription but I do have one. What can I do to log in?

    Thank you for reaching out to the Community to tell us about your issue, though I apologize that you are experiencing this.

    I order to be able to log in on the Quicken Mobile App, you will need to use the same Quicken ID (email) and password as the one you used to activate your subscription. Could you double-check and verify that the email and password you're using to sign-in on the Quicken Mobile App is the same as the one your subscription is registered under, please?

    Also - go back to your desktop Quicken,
    and look at the
    - Version,
    - Registered To,
    - Valid date of expiration
    ... Help --> About Quicken

    Do you enter your login info manually? Probably a different issue, but my password in my iPad keychain doesn’t work anymore unless I enter it manually or copy it beforehand and paste it. I have no idea why but I find it rather vexing.
