"Year to date option" for Payee Mini Report

Be able to select a Mini Payee Report, for a given payee, for just the current year (year to date).
As it is now the best you can do is for 'the last year", which doesn't help if I want to see a quick report of how much I spent at Amazon or Paypal for the current year. If Year to Date was a selection in the dropdown box for the time period requested, it could show a quick and informational mini report just for that payee for just the current year so far. Far quicker than doing so through "Reports"
