Fidelity Municipal Income will not download latest transactions

I have 3 accounts at Fidelity. This one has 2 transactions for 10/30/20 when I look online but will not update in Quicken. The transactions are 1) Dividend received and 2) Dividend reinvested. If I go to the Fidelity website to download, I can only get a CSV file. Please help. Thank you.

    Thank you, Boatnmaniac! I will take the easy way out and enter the transactions manually and hope it doesn't happen again....Judy
