How do I turn off scheduled updates in Quicken 2019?

Version: R30.10
When following the instructions: " uncheck all days.." I get an error that at least one day and time must be selected.
There was another user with this issue and the discussion was closed before a valid solution was posted. Some "super use" who never tried the solution posted some nonsense that does not work and somehow it got tagged as an answer.
