Issues downloading with Best Reward Credit Union

Anyone else having issues downloading transactions for Best Reward Credit Union? My wife and I both have accounts there and I believe the issue may have been caused by the credit union doing an upgrade of their systems. I tried deactivating my account and adding it back and I get a CC-501 error. My wife's accounts continue to fail every day with a CC-501 error. Is Quicken aware of this issue?

    Thank you for reaching out to the Community to tell us about your issue, though I apologize that you are experiencing this.

    Please review this error-specific support article regarding error CC-501.

    As stated in the article, if the issue persists for more than 24 hours, you will need to contact Quicken Support directly for further assistance. This error requires our support agents to collect and review your log files. From there, they will likely need to file an escalation to have it resolved.

  • It's been almost 3 weeks, so I guess I will have to contact support. I also reached out to Best Reward Credit Union, but no response from them yet.

  • I never contacted Best Reward Credit Union, but I tried again today and updates are now working again. Someone must have fixed something. :)
