Express Web Connect returns new balance but no new transactions for one institution

The first "Quick Update" after the last Quicken version update resulted in correct account totals (as verified by inspecting accounts on site web page) but zero new transactions. In addition, it prompted me to match the account on site to the Quicken account for a few accounts. No other errors seen over multiple tries.

My setup has been working for a long time.

Other institutions update both account totals and new transactions correctly.

I've attempted to fix this by resetting all accounts for the single institution and validating the file. So far, no luck. Any guidance will be appreciated.

    Problem seems to have resolved, a week's worth of transactions were received this morning. I'm up to date.
