I am no longer able to update my accounts.
One step update has always been unreliable, but I'd been able to download a statement from my bank and import it to Quicken as a workaround. This no longer works seamlessly. It wants to create a new account, and actually did before I realized what had happened. And now, I can't do anything. I can't get rid of the extra account. I can't update existing accounts.(It only wants to update the erroneous account that was created.) I am ready to be done with quicken, I think. It should just work. Also, it took 24 hours to get a password reset sent for this site, so I couldn't even ask the question, and now I've had time to get a really good "mad" going, and most likely will leave quicken. I have a hard time staying up to date knowing that there will be some issue to solve before I can go about the work of managing my accounts. There's my rant. If someone has an easy fix, I'll stay. Otherwise, I'm out. My subscription ends 11/30/20, so a fix is time sensitive.
