Consolidation of Alerts &Messages and Alerts Center

Consolidate the Edit > Preferences… > Alerts & Messages with the Tools > Alerts Center > Set Up tab. It would be nice if anything to do with alerts or calendar notes would be accessible from one area such as Alerts Center: Set Up tab, or vice versa. Especially when I am trying to see my calendar notes for a specific period of time. I cannot remember whether changes are made in the Preferences or the Alert Center :)
