Option closing values

On occasion, after doing a One Step update, I notice that the closing price of my options in several investment accounts have not been updated. The solution is to manually perform a "Update Transactions" for each investment account. This morning I had to perform the update twice for an account to get its option prices loaded. Why is this happening?
