Reinstalling Quicken 2016 on new machine - error

Please check internet connection and retry. [ERROR : NAME_NOT_RESOLVED]
is the error I receive when installing Quicken_Deluxe_2016.exe version 4.1.100.1332 on a new machine. Windows 10, up to date. The Quicken Program opens, and I am able to enter the password to my Quicken File, the password is accepted, but then this error occurs and I am unable to use the program. Clicking retry does nothing.
This is the original file I downloaded when I purchased this Quicken version in 2018.

You need to update 2016. One of the SuperUsers has posted the update patches for older versions (2000 and newer) of Quicken1

I suggest you perform a clean uninstall, install while disconnected from the internet, and update of Quicken 2016. If you haven’t already, you may want to review: https://www.quicken.com/support/using-qcleanui-uninstall-quicken To update Quicken, I recommend you download and apply the Quicken 2016 R19.5 Mondo patch: http://www.quicknperlwiz.com/quickenpatches.html
