Error CC-502 Unable to Add a second BOA account

Hello - I am getting the error message CC-502 when trying to add my wife's BOA login information into my Quicken. We both have separate BOA logins. I am not sure if that is causing contention. I am able to login. apply an authentication code and then poof I get that error after it clocks. I have tried multiples times each time same result.
