Starter Version and using file/data from Q2015

I have been using Quicken 2015, and since it is no longer supported, I need to upgrade. I do not use online banking, nor do I go online and sync accounts, I only work offline, so thinking of buying the simplest version possible. If I buy the Starter Version, will it let me import my data files? I've got financial history back to1994.

You probably should get Deluxe.  If you don't renew the  Starter Edition it goes into read only and you can't use it.

If you aren't going online, then why upgrade? You must continue to pay a Membership Fee to Quicken, each year, otherwise, it is no longer supported with Patches. And you get advertisements in Quicken. So you will be worse off, if you upgrade.
