One step update - hanging, not completing

Anyone out there having issues with one step update. I have tried twice today and it has hung both times and not updatng. I let the last one run since 9:00 am this morning and just killed it in task manager

    Thank you for reaching out on the community and telling us about your issue. I do apologize for the issue you're having. I'm wondering here if it may be getting stuck due to the cloud potentially here. Let's see if we're able to download without the cloud on.

    In the top left select Edit > Preferences > Mobile and Web > Turn Sync off. 

    Once you've done this try seeing if we're able to download transactions afterwards. Depending on if we are we'll see what we can try next.
