Why is this discussion locked?: "0L-220-A Merrill Lynch - Quicken is unable to complete your request

I am new to this Community. Am trying to find answers to a problem with Quicken and Merrill Lynch downloads. The moderator posted an update and moved the discussion to the Recent Banking Issues board, but the discussion seems to be locked, with no way to ask any more questions. Is this the way Quicken "solves" issues, or am I missing something?

    I don't show that it IS locked.  So, maybe this post got some attention.  OR, it was locked by accident, and then that action was undone.
