Temporary Pricing for Bills

I receive temporary pricing breaks from various bills and from a projected balance stance, it throw me off. I'd like the option to edit a current bill and enter a temporary price (for X, months or until date) and then it goes back to the original bill. Likewise, if you know a bill is going to increase (Netflix) it would be great to go in and make a new price effective date.
