Provident Bank NJ Online Lockout

I have been attempting to add Provident Bank NJ online (https://www.provident.bank) bill but I keep getting unable to connect due to account locked. I logon normally to account online directly at Provident without any problems. They say it's not on their end.

The web address in the error message is correct for the bank. Could Quicken somehow be sending the wrong credentials for me?

I'm using Quicken Deluxe, Year: 2020, Version: R30.14, Build: 27.1.30.14.

    RESOLVED! Chatted with Customer Service. Said to select "PROVIDENT BANK - THE" from the list of banks and that was it. Seems that "PROVIDENT BANK - NJ" isn't working for some reason. He's looking into it.
