This discussion was created from comments split from: I am having issues with downloading Capital One account for months.

Comments

  • I have a similar Capital One issue. I get a message that I need to authorize my accounts. This happened every time I did a One Step Update. I finally gave up and deactivated Capital One from the updates. And guess what - I still get this message when I update. It is OL-293-A. I have Version R30.14; build 27.1.30.14.

    Hello @montegomm

Thank you for taking the Community to report this issue, although I apologize for the frustration that this has caused.

If you have not done so already, I would recommend taking a moment to review the steps and information available here.

If the trouble persists, I would recommend waiting 48 hours to see if the issue resolves itself.

Please let me know how it goes!
