checking account balance WAY off in net worth report

I have been using quicken since 1991 on DOS...I am on the latest windows version (subscription). If I run the net worth report...sometime around 2010 it shows a the balance in my checking account going from around 1,000 up to 85 quadrillain dollars....(which it never did)...then a few years later it suddenly drops to -18 quadrillian dollars.... certainly these errors make the net worth report useless. Its only happening on my main checking account...and the account balances are just fine..just the report is bad.

I've done the built in error verification process but that didn't help.
Please help.

This might be because of some corrupted entries.
You've tried File > File Operations > Copy... and then using the copied file done File > File Operations > Validate and Repair...  ?
If that hasn't fixed things then the next thing to try is to see if you can find, delete and reenter some "bad" transactions that might be causing this.  If you run a net worth report for 2010 with an interval of a week, can you see in what week the jump occurs?  If you can then I'd focus on that week's worth of entries, maybe even going so far as trying to delete and renter them

Unfortunately these days if you are using Express webconnect it is also syncing to this cloud account so that might have caused the problem.
