Synchrony Activity Since Last Statement not working

I can download and import the qfx file for a full statement but when I download the Activity Since Last Statement it seems like Synchrony puts bad data in the date field.

This is the incorrect data, downloading activity from last statement
<DTSTART>R
<DTEND>R

This is the data downloaded using a full statement. You can see the date is 2020-12-04.
<DTSTART>20201204
<DTEND>20201204

Is R a defined code? If I edit the qfx file and replace R with reasonable dates the data imports correctly.

R is just a letter between Q & S.  Synchrony's programmers have screwed this up.  You need to complain to Synchrony, Quicken doesn't have anything to do with the creation of this file from their website.
    -splasher  using Q since 1996 -  Subscription  -  Win10
-also older versions as needed for testing
