RESOLVED 12/14/20 Chase Returns OL-294/297/293 Error

We are receiving reports of Quicken for Windows and Mac users receiving a OL-294/293/297 error when attempting to add/update accounts and/or send bill payment transaction instructions.
We have opened an escalation with our Service Providers and are working to restore connections as quickly as possible.

We have received confirmation that this issue is resolved and Users should no longer receive a OL-294/297/293 error when adding/updating accounts with Chase Bank.
