Why do select Paypal or Venmo Transactions not synch between my bank and Quicken ?

All other Venmo and Paypal activities will synch just fine.
What would prevent select transactions from synching?

Thank you for reaching out on the community and telling us about your issue. I do apologize for the issue you're having. That's kind of odd. I wonder if it's maybe trying to sync with a previous transaction so it's not coming in. I wonder if we could maybe fix it by deactivating and reactivating one of the accounts. Let's try to see if we're able to find anything out.
First thing I'll recommend is to save a backup to revert back to just in case. You can find how to do so down below.

Next we'll try deactivating all of the accounts. You can do so by following the article listed down below.

Once all the accounts are deactivated go ahead and follow the article here on reconnecting the accounts.

Once you've done this let me know if you're able to get the transactions in. If not we'll see what we can do next.
