Why do select Paypal or Venmo Transactions not synch between my bank and Quicken ?

I have two $100 transactions (deposits), one from Paypal and one from Venmo, that will not synch between my bank (BBVA Compass) and Quicken. They appear online with the bank but not within Quicken after synch.

All other Venmo and Paypal activities will synch just fine.

What would prevent select transactions from synching?
