How to download Harbor Freight cc transactions

Harbor Freight credit card is handled by Synchrony Bank. I can log into their site online, but when I try to setup in Quicken, I can't find the institution under Harbor Freight or Synchrony Bank (branded cards or otherwise). Any suggestions?

    Looking inside the fidir.txt file I found lots of credit cards issued and serviced by Synchrony but none of them were Harbor Freight.  For whatever reason, not every credit card issued and serviced by Synchrony provides for downloading into Quicken and it looks like the Harbor Freight credit card is one of them.

    Can you download a Web Connect .QFX file from the Harbor Freight website.
    If so, try importing it, File->File Import->Web Connect QFX .
    If successful, then you can edit the account from the Account List (Tools menu) and possibly change the download method to Express Web Connect.
