One step update for my bank has suddenly stopped working. How can I reslove it?
When I do a one-step update the status box never moves beyond "waiting" for my bank account. My Chase credit card seems to update just fine. I have tried to simply update the bank accounts, but have hit the same issue. I have reset my bank accounts in the account list. Should I deactivate the accounts and then reactivate them?

Hello @patrickclements
Thank you for reaching out on the community and telling us about your issue. I do apologize for the issue you're having. That is odd. I'm wondering what exactly could be causing it. I would recommend trying to deactivate and reactivate here to start off and we'll see what we're able to find afterwards. I do have another question here as well. Are you by chance using the mobile/web sync? If you are we have another option to try after we've deactivated and reactivated if that doesn't work. I'll leave instructions below on deactivating/reactivating the accounts.
First thing I'll recommend is to save a backup to revert back to just in case. You can find how to do so down below.
https://www.quicken.com/support/how-backup-or-restore-your-quicken-data
Next we'll try deactivating all of the accounts. You can do so by following the article listed down below.
https://www.quicken.com/support/deactivate-online-banking-services-quicken-account
Once all the accounts are deactivated go ahead and follow the article here on reconnecting the accounts.

Once you've done this let us know how it goes.
Thanks,
Quicken Francisco

ASCII U is x'55' and the lowercase is x'75' (that's why upper sorts first)
which is easily changed by modifying the 2-bit .... x'101' ---> x'111'
-also older versions as needed for testing

the Upper and Lower usually have the exact same lower bits.
