Prompt to re-use username and password when adding accounts from same bank

When I add an account from the same bank, why do I have to re-enter my username and password? Quicken already has it in my Password Vault. Why can't it just look there and ask me if I want to use the same account or create a new one?

    Was this supposed to be an "Idea", or are you just asking?

    I don't believe Quicken does it currently, so I was entering this as an Idea. If it is supposed to do it, it never does it for me, in which case I'm asking how to fix it. :smiley:

    But I see why you were asking. I thought I entered it as an Idea last night, but apparently I didn't. Can someone convert it to an Idea for me?

    I so rarely add accounts I wouldn't noticed this.  And when I add them, I add all the accounts.  I have a feeling that one of the reason no one at Quicken Inc has thought of doing this.

    @Quicken_Tyka This thread was changed to an Idea, but when I try to vote on it, it says "Category is not configured for ideation."
