Account will not stay checked in one step update

I have a single account (One of my discover card accounts) that will not stay checked on one step update. Every time I run one step update, the account is once again unchecked. My other Discover account along with all my other accounts are working fine. What could be causing this?

In your One Step Update settings, you need to select Apply.- Q Win Deluxe user since 2010, US Subs R32.12

I noticed that apply button before and seemed like it was supposed to do exactly what you are saying. I've tried the following with no success:
1 - Check the account, hit apply, close. Come back in, still not checked.
2 - Check the account, hit apply, run the one step update. Come back in, still not checked.
3 - Ran file validation, retried step 2, still not checked.
4 - Deactivated account and removed all bank details. Re-activated with direct connect again (just like my other discover login). Still not staying checked.0 -
@Ben , That is very strange! Sorry but I am out of ideas. Unless someone else jumps in, I suggest that you contact/chat support: https://www.quicken.com/support#contact-support
